everywhere else: 10-30 business days
PREORDERS
pre-orders items have an estimated ship time in the item description.
some manufacturer erros can delay the shipping process.
❗️if there are multiple items in your order, including items that are not for pre-order, they will be sent all together once i have received the pre-order items and they're ready to be shipped.
shipping outside the EU, USA, or the UK
if you are located outside the EU, USA, or the UK, you might see that shipping costs $0.00, but unfortunately, i'm not able to provide free shipping. that simply means that i have not yet shipped to your country, so i will need to check the specific rates. please reach out to me before placing an order so that i can set up shipping to your country!
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES
you are responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs, taxes, and other costs.
please make sure to check your country's customs taxes before placing your order.
DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
i am not responsible for packages that have been lost or held up at your local post office or customs office.
i cannot provide a full refund for things that are damaged or lost in transit since i have no control over how a package is handled after it has been dispatched.
✸ if your tracking says delivered but your order hasn’t arrived, please contact your local post office.
✸ if your item is damaged due to shipping errors please reach out with pictures of the item so that i can help with what to do next.
if your package doesn't get to you for some reason, please wait until it returns back to me, if you wish for me to resend it. it can take several weeks or months for that to happen. please undestand that i will not offer free shipping to resend your order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
you can request a cancelation at any time before the order is shipped, however, orders cannot be canceled after you receive a shipping notification. once an order is successfully cancelled, funds may take up to 10 business days to return to your account.
REFUND POLICY
all sales are final and are not subject to refunds/returns if you are not satisfied with the product.
ISSUES WITH ORDERS
reach out to me within 7 days of receiving the package if anything is wrong with the received package! replacements are issued on a case by case basis.
